The Nehemiah Foundation has arisen out of a desire to see regeneration happening in areas of urban deprivation in ways that connect with people at a neighbourhood level. Building on our partners’ collective experiences of the past 20 years, we have been developing a programme to equip people and organisations operating at a local level.

The Foundation works with local organisations in the supporting and training of regeneration workers over an 18 month period who will develop a plan for their neighbourhood and communities to enable lasting transformation.
